How do I change my credit/debit card details?

Click here to go to the My Subscriptions area. Once there, click on 'Manage' next to your subscription and you'll be able to update your card details by clicking on 'View/Update Card'.

How do I change my delivery address?

Click here to go to the My Subscriptions area. Once there, click on 'Manage' next to your subscription and you'll be able to update your delivery address by clicking on 'Update Address'.

How do I see my order history?

Click here to go to the My Account area. Once there, you'll be able to see your order history.

How do I manage my subscriptions?

How do I see my subscription history?

Click here to go to the My Subscriptions area. Once there, click on 'Manage' next to your subscription and you'll be able to see your order history by clicking on 'Transactions'.

How do I change the frequency of my subscription deliveries?

Click here to go to the My Subscriptions area. Once there, click on the frequency link (e.g. 'Every 1 Month(s)') next to your subscription and you'll be able to change the frequency of your subscription.

How do I see my upcoming subscription orders?

Click here to go to the My Subscriptions area. Once there, click on the order link (e.g. 'Order #1') next to your subscription and you'll be able to see the scheduled shipments on your subscription.

How do I change the quantities on my subscription?

Click here to go to the My Subscriptions area. Once there, click on 'Manage' next to your subscription and you'll be able to change your product quantities by clicking on 'Product Quantities'.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Click here to go to the My Subscriptions area. Once there, click on 'Manage' next to your subscription and you'll be able to cancel your subscription by clicking on 'Delete Subscription'.

How do I add items to my subscription?

You can't add products to an existing subscription, but you can easily place a new subscription order, and we'll handle it exactly the same as your original subscription. If you particularly require your shipments to be sent at the same time, simply cancel down your subscription (Manage > Delete Subscription) and place a new subscription order including all of the items you require. There are absolutely no penalties for amending or deleting subscriptions at any time.

How do I skip a shipment?

Click here to go to the My Subscriptions area. Once there, click on the order link (e.g. 'Order #1') next to your subscription and you'll be able to see the scheduled shipments on your subscription. Click 'Skip Shipment' on each delivery you'd like to skip.

What's the difference between a 'Subscription' and an 'Order'?

A subscription is an instruction to us to periodically send orders to you. Each time the period occurs based on the frequency you select (including when you first place a subscription), an order is generated, your card is charged, and we send your order to you.
